    DocAdvice brings together two products for healthcare institutions: 24/7 AI call answering with appointment booking through Call Center AI, and a Clinic Appointment and Management app for reminders and anamnesis forms. Our third product, Anamnesis AI, is in development.

  • How does Call Center AI work?

    Patients call the clinic. The AI voice assistant answers, gathers specialty, doctor, and time preferences through natural conversation, and aims to book the appointment during the call. Records and summaries are available in the management panel.

  • Who is the Clinic Appointment & Management app for?

    It is designed for any healthcare institution that needs appointment workflows. It supports single doctor clinics, multi location polyclinics, and hospital departments.

  • What is the status of Anamnesis AI?

    Anamnesis AI is in development. It aims to listen to physician and patient conversations and draft an anamnesis note. It does not diagnose or treat. You can join the early access list.

  • Where is data stored? Is it GDPR / KVKK aligned?

    The platform is built on tenant level data isolation and role based access. It targets GDPR and KVKK alignment. Data residency, processing procedures, and contractual details are agreed for each institution.

  • Can you integrate with our hospital information system (HIS)?

    Yes, the integration architecture is open. We have live integrations with widely used HIS providers such as MedData. The scope for your specific system is agreed during the discovery call.

  • How long does onboarding take?

    We start with a short rollout for the Clinic Appointment and Management app. Call Center AI requires phone line and reception flow setup. The timeline varies by institution.

  • How is pricing structured?

    Pricing depends on institution size, number of locations and active products. A short discovery call gives a concrete proposal.

  • Does the AI replace the doctor's decision?

    No. The platform does not diagnose or treat. The AI assists the clinical team on operational steps such as call answering, appointment booking and anamnesis drafting. Clinical decisions always belong to the physician.
